Mix Smith's Cream and Lettering Enamel 50/50 and apply 1/8" thick to intended smalted area.

Generously sprinkle smalts over painted areas.

Let areas dry for 18-24 hours.

Place a tarp under sign and turn sign over. Tap sign to collect loose smalts for future use.
cnc routing tips
When routing the background intended for smalting, add a 1/8" border to all lettering and graphics.
*This step will ease application of the enamel/cream mixture and raised letters & graphics.
